The first step with all of my clients is to book a Free Discovery Call. This complimentary one-hour discovery session is used to define the needs and wants of the client.

My two approaches to coaching both begin with understanding and listening to clients through a discovery process.
I use both Discovery Coaching and Positive Intelligence Mental Fitness Coaching with my clients

Clients completes a coaching discovery form that provides insights into their goals and organizational objectives.

Upon completing the discovery process, we request that the client take a couple of assessments (Saboteur Assessment and a psychometric personality assessment). On occasion, pending the clients’ objectives, we may recommend a leadership style assessment. We learn about their leadership style and discuss what is working and what is not helping in the customization of a coaching plan.

This will depend on the coaching services that are being provided. For example:
Individual Coaching sessions last for 5+ weeks.
Positive Intelligence clients will be enrolled into a flagship App Guided 7-Week PQ Program facilitated by Judy.

We will work together using your discovery session results to determine a schedule and coaching agreement so you know what to expect, and what you are committing to.

Positive Intelligence became a passion because it provided an opportunity for clients to realize the destruction of self judgement and provided the science to support knowing and understanding of the operating system. It brings awareness to clients of their inner judge and accomplish saboteurs, born to us as a form of survival and protection when we were young. As adults these same judges become our critiques and executioners. What Positive Intelligence offer to us is a new way of living through neuroscience providing us with a operating system that will helps us shift from judgement to gifts, opportunities and possibilities. From my personal experience and those of my clients, the real gift is living life though love, joy and opportunities for self, others and circumstances or events.
